      Core Principle: Applications published by Dvalin LLC operate with an offline-first architecture. We do not collect, store, sell, or transmit personal data or device identifiers.
    

1. Overview

This Privacy Policy governs mobile software applications published by Dvalin LLC ("we", "us", or "our") across application marketplaces including the Google Play Store and Amazon Appstore. This policy defines our standards regarding data collection, device storage, and user privacy.

2. Information Collection and Transmission

Our applications require no user registration, profile creation, or remote identity submission. Specifically:

No Personal Identifiers: We do not collect names, addresses, emails, telephone numbers, or financial identifiers.
No Location or Sensor Tracking: We do not request or access GPS, coarse location, microphone, camera, or device sensor hardware.
No Ad Trackers: Our applications do not bundle third-party tracking beacons, cross-site telemetry, or targeted ad networks.

3. Local Storage Handling

All user progress, application preferences, and game states are retained exclusively within the device's local application sandbox or local SQLite storage. Dvalin LLC does not operate remote servers or API endpoints to access, sync, or inspect your local storage partition.

4. Operating System Diagnostics

Anonymized stack traces and crash metrics generated at the operating system level (via Google Play Console or Amazon Developer telemetry) may be reviewed solely to correct hardware faults and uncaught runtime exceptions. These traces contain no personally identifiable data.

5. Data Retention & Deletion

Because all data remains on your local hardware, deletion is entirely under your control:

Purging Application Data: Clear all local records at any time via Android Settings > Apps > [App Name] > Storage > Clear Storage.
Uninstallation: Removing the app permanently erases its isolated sandbox files and database from the operating system.
